- Our glass frosting powder is suitable for the frosting processing of ordinary glass, glass bottles, glassware, glass bricks, handicrafts, mirror glass and other glass products.
- This is suitable for frosting processing of glass products of ordinary materials such as plate glass, utensil glass, handicraft glass, glass, brick, mirror glass, lamps, cosmetics and liquor glass.
- It is possible to perform the frosting process using automated equipment or with a manual process.
- Pre-treatment–water clean–Frosting–Dripping–Rinsing–Spray–Cleaning- Drying.
- 15 to 20 seconds dipping time to reduce acidic solution transfer into the frosting bath. Over 20 seconds could cause mottling on the surface, affecting final satin quality.
